hello, I can not update my libraries, some tip to fix that problem?
Please explain a bit further.
What are you doing and what exactly is happening?
Did you recently update your plex server?
Did you make any changes to your configuration?
Did you move the Plex data folder away from its default location?
Are there any non-default things about your setup?
I just updated my Plex software to version 1.13.8.5395, and my libraries are not updating. I’ve added new content to the proper media directories and run library scan and the libraries aren’t updating. I’ve optimized the libraries, analyzed the libraries, and ran the library scans a number of times, including an all inclusive libraries scan or an individual library scan, and it just won’t update. Anybody else experiencing this issue?
- activate debug logging (not ‘verbose’!)
- quit Plex Server
- wait 1 minute
- start Plex Server
- wait 2 minutes
- Perform the Plex Dance with one of the new movies
- After adding back the movie, wait 3 minutes
- fetch log files and attach them here
I have used Plex for 2 years now without issues Then in the last 2 weeks, my tv shows library will not update anymore. I deleted and added it back and now nothing shows. I even tried repairing a corrupt database. I found this thread and tried these steps you listed, and it did not work. Can you help me?
Please disable ‘Verbose’ logging!
Do also remove the check mark from ‘Allow Plex Media Server tokens in logs’ and never activate it again!
Settings - Server - Network - ‘IPv6 support’ <-- DISABLE
Clean out your logs folder
Restart your server,
repeat the steps from above
and post fresh logs, please
