I also have this problem. Link page shows a black box but no typing field. Main site will not ask me to login and wont show any media content.

I also have the same problem. Have tried Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Mobile, Incognito, on Wi-Fi and 4G. Nothing works. Trying to link Plex on my new Sony Android TV. Also, Plex site not working properly. The services are definitely down
There is also a problem with their webpage login screen. It goes into an infinite loop telling you to log in. After the first try, you are actually logged in but it doesn’t acknowledge it. So after logging in the first time, just go to:

Fix is out. You may need to sign out and back in or clear your browser. You can also use https://plex.tv/users/sign_out to sign out, refresh page, sign in, goto link page.
Still not working, tried cache clearing, browser restart, but no go.

Try going to plex.tv first. See if you are already signed in. You browser may be doing this automatically for you. Use the URL I posted above and follow those steps listed.
I did this:
-Went to Edge settings, cleared cookies, browsing history, etc.
-Closed edge, opened edge
-Went straight to https://plex.tv/users/sign_out
-Got a stripped out version of the site, no prompt or button to login.
-Went to https://plex.tv
-Same view, no login, no library, no videos to watch, no access to my server.
The app on my cell phone is working, though. Can I link my TV from there?
