I don’t have channel option on my Plex server

If by “Channels” you mean “plug-ins” then that is correct. The discontinuation of plug-ins was announced over a year ago. Since that time, support for plug-ins has been removed on a client by client basis. I suspect the web client was the last to have them removed.

Discontinuation of Plugins, Watch Later, Recommended, and Cloud Sync

This morning, in our latest blog post, we announced the retirement of Watch Later (and its cousin, Recommended, for recommending Watch Later and plugin items to friends) and Cloud Sync along with the gradual phase out of plugins.
