Hey everyone. I’m missing the channels option from home >> left sidebar & also settings. I do see an option for channels within news, but I thought there was a more general channels option?

Which Plex app?
I’m not seeing them on both plex web & the firestick.
“Channels” is the new name for the former category named “Plugins.” The transition hasn’t yet made it to all of the clients.
I see that I have channels available under my regular server, but when I switch to my plex cloud (google drive), it doesn’t show up. I assume I’ll just keep both servers running to access the channels on the physical one? Or is there a way to have channels on the cloud server option?

The Channels and Plugin categories are one in the same. Just named differently depending on which window you’re looking through.
Honestly, I don’t know if Channels/Plugins are available in Plex Cloud. I would think possibly not, since sometimes it requires back end access to install some of them.

The other way around.
Channels was changed to Plugins, so it is not mixed up with Live TV.

No, Cloud doesn’t support Plugins.
