I don't have enough space for Plex's local folder

I have one SSD and two internal NTFS HDDs. This entire time Plex has been installed on my SSD… But I’m running out of space.

I tried moving the local folder over to one of my auxiliary drives, but Plex’s web browser starts saying ‘‘Failed to load libraries’’ whenever I try to upload new content. So it seems I can only run it so long as I can the local folder on my SSD… Any solutions? As this isn’t the most ideal situation for me.

Thanks! It works.

Turning off updates in Services seems to be the lucky charm. That, and restarting the PC.

I don’t think so.
The secret is to end / quit / stop Plex server before doing the copy.

Don’t disable updates on a computer with internet connection.
