I have no idea how I’m supposed to start a new topic here! I have a Lifetime Premium plex account but it says I don’t, WHY??
You choose a category to put it in and click the new topic button when in that category. I put this in General Discussions.
Did you buy it on our site, in an app? If an app which one.? How long ago?
Yes I bought on your site, Through a browser probably 5 or so years ago could be more. I would have thought it would be connected to my account since it’s a lifetime account.
