Media libraries disappeared after changing App Data location

Hi, I just tried to move my plex application data to my D Drive by altering ‘The path where local application data is stored’ under Settings/Server/General. However, after I closed and restarted the server none of my libraries were showing and it appeared like a newly installed server. I use Plex server on Windows and wanted to move the database to another driver. I have not touched my media files in this process.
