The appdata library location is no longer available in new versions of Plex

I noticed today when I went to standup a new Plex Server that their used to be a field in the settings>General area that allowed you to change the location of the Plex Media Server app data. Plex stores this data in the users local app data folder (users/username/appdata/local/plex media server).

My plex libraries are very large and fill up the “C” drive. I had planned on changing the location of where this data is stored but noticed the setting was no longer available. Any suggestions for how to proceed with changing the appdata location for where Plex stores its library data?

It was removed from the settings page due to security concerns (Announcement).
