I lost all previous Library folders when adding a new one to my Library

I just updated my media server to 127.0.0.1. After adding a new folder to my library I found the other library folders were eliminated. The old version allowed multiple folders by showing a running list you could add too. This new version only gives the option of browsing to a single folder. By browsing to a new folder it eliminated all previous folders thus removing those files and all the data along with it.

Is there anyway to roll this back? I lost a ton of organization. Collections, playlists, etc.

Yep. Do you know if Plex has any kind of roll back option or how we would implement it?
