I lost all previous Library folders when adding a new one to my Library

Added a folder to library and it removed all the existing ones

This is really annoying and I’m hoping there is a way to revert the change. Just added a new folder to my main plex video library and when I clicked ok it then removed all the existing folders leaving only the new one. As the library updates after clicking ok it then showed all of the other files as with the bin icon, so I added the folders back again but now everything has been re-added and I’ve lost the order for recently added and manually adjusted meta data. Any way to revert this change …
