plex pass billing might be able to help, I expect no one on the forums will have that ability.

Since you are writing in the iOS section, does that mean you bought the PP through iTunes. If so, billing can’t help. You’ll need to contact iTunes to cancel and refund your purchase then re-purchase it under the correct account.
