Phone or Other Ways to get Support?

For some reason my account isn’t showing as a pass holder anymore but Apple Pay keeps charging me.
Plex hasn’t responded to my inquiries through the billing support page.
Any idea where to go next?

If you bought a Plex Pass in the Apple Store, it will be bound to your Apple ID.
The user account/email address which you are using to access this forum here, might not be the one which is bound to your Apple ID.
