Hard drive failed. Sent it off to get recovered. That didn’t work as planned. I can still view all my Plex photo thumbnails when I open the Plex app on my phone. Is there anyway to browse my computer that Plex is installed in to download all of these thumbnails? I have Plex installed on my C drive whereas the libraries of all my actually photos and videos were on the drive that failed. Right now I’m manually screenshotting the thumbnails from my iPhone. It’s taking forever. Thanks!
Dive down into the Plex data folder and look for the folders Cache or Media. If you grab all the .jpg files and copy them into a different location you can later peruse them at your leisure.
Thanks. I will try that! I doubt those images will be sorted in any way though
Unfortunately this will be the case. And you will find covers and posters for all other types of media on your server, not just the photo library.
