I5 / p620 Server spec feedback

Hello all,

Thought i would ask if anyone is rocking either a NVIDIA QUADRO P620 2GB or Intel Core i5 9400, Coffee Lake CPU for a Plex server?

My current Plex server is fine but slowly other things are taking up resources so I wanted to build a dedicated box.
I was going to just run Windows 10 on a small PC based around the new i5 and the P620 (with the nvidia patch)

At max i run 6 streams but due to the large mix of clients, I need to be able to transcode 4k over 6 streams as well sometimes. The i5 does quicksync and the P620 seems reasonably priced and looks to be reasonable for Hardware Acceleration.

Does the above sound reasonable? (if we ignore the fact that transcoding is evil and i should just get the files in a format my clients can direct play)

4K needs video ram, about 1.3 GB per stream.
