Hi, just wondering if this idea is in the general: A main OTA antenna array/hub for a block of houses per neighborhood. Or would privacy issues mess that up? Something that gets decent reception, is juiced/boosted, and has splitters galore. Lemme know, thx. -wbm
Why?
Cost per customer, upfront & ongoing?
Who gets dispatched when it fails at 11pm during raining, sub-freezing weather?
You know, there is already a thing called a “community antenna”. It works 100% in the analog domain though and requires coaxial cable be run to every household.
