So I understand that from the Android version I can advertise my phone as a server with synced content on it, but its not working. I have it all enabled through the app, same WiFi, etc. I’m on a Nexus 6 5.1.1.

I have synced content on my phone that I want to stream somewhere else on a PS4 through the Plex app or media player app. How can I properly set up my phone as a mobile server?
I’m new to all this, sorry and thanks in advance.
