[implemented] Add sort 'By Genre'

With PMS 1.28.1, you’re now able to access your movies and shows by genres in a new/separate pivot (tab). I consider this will be a more suitable approach to improve the accessibility of genres (given sorting alone will do you little good). I’m therefore considering this suggestion to be implemented.
