We have not done anything special for the new ARC GPUs. If VAAPI works then AV1 decoding should just work. Let us know if it doesn’t. VAAPI = Linux.
AV1 decoding with QuickSync not yet supported on Windows, this will use the CPU.
There is no hardware AV1 decoding on Macs.
