+1, just moved from Google Music to Plex finally and this is the single biggest missing feature for me. It will sit at the top of my home screen if it exists. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE add this.

Yes definitely! I have widgets for every music player except Plex Amp. I even have widgets for random stuff like my little Bluetooth grilling thermometer. I NEED this!!! Thank Plex for an awesome product. Love Love.

Having a widget for Android feels like the perfect icing on an already amazing cake. I really enjoy the PlexAmp app already, but would love to have a widget for quicker access to my music on the fly.

Voted, surprised it hasn’t been implemented

I like that in Android, its in my notifications menu but having a widget that shows on lock screen would be perfect.
