For example, you could still have a special “Multiple Cuts” info/preplay screen based on data scraped by the scanner from file/folder names.

Additionally, the Cuts label could also optionally be automatically populated from file/folder names.

To elaborate on this, you could even combine the special “Multiple Cuts” info/preplay screen with the automatic tag/collection application from my proposal (or any of the others from the topic) here: Movie Collection Subfolder Support // mod: create collections based on folder structure - #5 by yozza0
