Beating a dead horse I know, but what the heckā¦ please consider bringing the sync functionality to desktop/media streamers too. Specificaly, I would love to use it on the Nvidia ShieldTV, but Iām sure people on other platforms could also benifit for a variety of reasons, such as syncing files to a device to bring to the cottage with no or very slow internet.

Sounds like another separate feature request will be necessary - definitely something Iād like to see.

Thereās already one for desktops thatās very popularā¦ I created one for ShieldTV, though I thought for sure there was already another one but didnāt find it.

This request have a BIG reason to be implemented.
To avoid to have a lot of Libraries. Is a huge work.
For example, I have to make a Drama library, one for the kids, and one for the adults, but the problem goes bigger when the teenagers show up in the house.
If I have for example Sci-fi library, some movies like Alien collection is not for kids, but it is for a teens and adults, plus for some sagas, how a father that I aām, is very handy can manage who can see X or Y Playlist without have to make more and more libraries.
At the end of the day, this is the reason of the playlists, right?

Not really the proper use for playlists. Since you have a Plex Pass, you can use user restrictions. You can either set the restrictions based on the movie rating, or you can create your own labels and restrict your kids/teenagers to those labels. Yes, I know that but I think that the playlists needs be an option in the shares.

That is correct, they generally comprise about 98.4% of the devices which make the world spin. The previous two posts leave zero hints as to what device/app theyāre referring it, hence my question.
Understood. In a world where most everything the is a teeter-totter, it is nice to see a third disrupt and help add balance to the chaos. That third should be coming in early 2017.
I like your software, but the ability to sync a playlist on the Windows 10 Mobile platform would be nice, but I am, as many others are, concerned about the stability and the non-functioning ability to play music with Plex on Windows 10 Mobile. Not to side track the conversation here but I feel that this issue needs as much exposure as it can get.
Playback over WiFi on the same network appears to be fine, anything else it is a complete fail. The dev for his platform seems to want top point the blame at Microsoft and to be fair it might be warranted. However, the fact that I have no issue over WiFi on the same network or LTE, Pandora, Emby, and Groove have no issue what so ever regardless, it makes feel that he is missing something.

Which that app would get as part of āsync v2ā support. 
Itās not been forgotten or ignored, the changes required are simply pretty huge ones.

Yep, the Windows app team is certainly aware of issues and itās being investigated.
I am aware that this is being investigated, but it has been nearly a month or so with no resolution. I have seen several updates to the code but none of which address this issue, which makes me feel that this core function is not important.
I could care less about UI and feature āblingā are as good if the app works. Thus, I cannot enjoy such āblingā if my music will not play.
@NVader2000 Iād be pretty happy that they took the time to acknowledge the issue in the first place.

@NVader2000 It took a year after the request to get the feature in iOS app then another year for it to make it to Android app, soā¦ I doubt itāll be available any time soon. Like @Xen0sys stated, that response was very quick compared to when people started complaining about Android app. It took many many months for someone to even acknowledge that something is being done about it.
