It might be android features, but I wouldn't bet on it. Remember that they are pretty adamant on adding major features on the server-side and then having clients support the new feature; for example Live TV and the already existent now playing, sync, multi-user etc.. So this new feature could be trailer support and they're also getting the clients ready.
Plus, you'll notice there's also been a drought for Plex Media Server updates. Here's to hoping!
a drought on PMS updates? nooo - on everything !! the PMS used to be updated every week or two - and so did the Plex/Web. and i think the others where updated more frequently too.
also ericmatthys (Plex/Web developer) said: "We are working on improving the player in Plex/Web though. I think you can expect to see some big changes in the near future."
so i really hope that they doing something big. we really need the REAL multi-user support and the other features :)
