Import .csv files into plex without an actual movie file

Hello all,
I have a rather unique question for the Plex Forum.
I want to import my movie collectorz.com movie database into Plex without the actual movie file as I was unable to convert my original/owned movie into an .mkv or .mp4 format. Also, some of my movies were recorded on an OTA antenna and didnt convert to .mkv or .mp4 so I couldnt load them into Plex.
Any options available to me?

A csv import is not possible.
There is only this as a workaround:

Mkv or MP4 are not the only file containers compatible with Plex.
Which file format is used by your TV recordings?
