I’m trying to create a music library and import my playlist, ratings, and listen history from itunes on a Windows machine. And, its not working. No playlists are added, no ratings, are updated, etc.
Below are the steps I took:
Configured plugin
• Set Enable iTunes to “true”
• Set iTunes library XML path to: "C:\Users<my user name>\Music\iTunes\iTunes Music Library.xml
Created Library
• Added location: C:\Users<my user name>\Music\iTunes\iTunes Media\Music
• Checked "Import from Itunes.
When I look at the files, no ratings or listen history is provided. And no playlists are imported. When I click on the “3 dots” next to playlists, no option is available to import from itunes. And, when I check the log… I see no evidence that it even made an attempt.
What am I doing wrong?
