Import itunes-library together with ratings, playlists, etc. in Plex

Hello everybody,

I copied the entire iTunes folder on Synology Nas from my Mac, which also runs Plex. Then I created an itunes-channel. But I can not access to that channel. You only see the button. Then I created a new media library (music), specified the correct folder and extended it to import everything from the library like ratings, date added, playlists and so on. The music is also imported industriously, but nothing else. Can someone help me there?

The link inside Q24 doesn’t work. Import ratings and date added is not possible anymore?

Thanks a lot. Ratings are not important for me too, but the original date added is.
I will try Q24 and show the results
