i have read about a way to import m3u playlist files into plex but there is no gui for doing it. when will plexamp or pms have this simple feature of importing playlists to our plex server? if the playlist points to the same files as plex does then what’s the issue?
I currently use musicbee for sorting my playlists and would be cool to be able to wirelessly sync my phone with my playlists, instead of plugging in my phone to do it.
i have came across various python scripts that claim to be able to import m3u playlist files but none have worked despite following the instructions on how to set them.
were in the future of blade runner, where everything is meant to be high tech and were nearly in 2020. yet for years i, and many other people have been asking asking about this simple feature for years. then a plex update comes and goes that lacks such a simple feature.
