Impossible to stream in local network after updates

Server Version#: Versione 1.43.3.10828

After the two recent updates (1.43.3.10861 and 1.43.3.10828) I couldn’t stream from local network. I tried to rollback to
Version 1.42.1.10054 and it worked, then the Version 1.43.2.10687 and it works too.
The problem happened on both my PC desktop and my laptop, so I suppose it’s not a computer problem. I was streaming from my samsung TV Apps, two different TV models, updated to the latest version (I even tried uninstalling\reinstalling).

Any error messages when you attempt to start a stream or is it not even connecting?

It wasn’t even connecting, only remote access was allowed, for which I don’t have a subscription. If I disabled remote access, both my laptop and my desktop PC resulted inaccessible, icon.
