Is Android TV and Android mobile the same installation file?
Or how to distinguish whether the installation package is used for Android TV or Android Mobile?

Both interfaces are in the same app. You can switch between “TV” and “mobile” mode in the app’s preferences.
However, it doesn’t become a true “Android TV” app. Only very few devices are licensed by Google to be true Android TV devices. Those who are, have also access to the Google Play store.
