I recently made a smart playlist with a custom filter for the DC series Arrow, Flash and Legends of Tomorrow since they have quite some crossovers and I want to watch them exactly in the order they were aired. So I sorted them after Release Date which works fine. However, the problem is that Flash and Legends are released on the same date but not the same time. And since the backup sortfield if the values match is probably the showname in alphabetical order, the ‘DC’s Legends of Tomorrow’ episodes are before the ‘The Flash’ episodes.
Therefore it would be nice to have the air time also in the release date.
Or release time as an entirely separate field.
After some fiddling I managed to get it right, when I put a Z in front of the Legends Series sortname. But this might have some side effects anywhere else.
