I like viewing my photo collection in shuffle mode on the Xbox app. However, whenever I do, after about 5-10 minutes or so, the Xbox kicks into screen saver mode and starts showing transparent screens over the photos advertising game features, etc.
It would be great if the photo slideshow feature could inform the Xbox that it is active the entire time it is running so the Xbox screensaver doesn’t go into effect while viewing photos. After all, a photo slideshow is in fact its own sort of screensaver.
