I’m hearing many wants the channels they get on pc, but can that even be done do to Ms restrictions. Also I’m interested if the native Xbox one apps TV, Netflix, WWE could be added into plex. Not a big deal takes 2sec to dashboard and launch a nother program. But I’d just think it would be cool.

They have already said channels will be coming later, so assuming this means yes they can, and will be.
I don't use the channels as I've not found them to be very reliable, but they have stated that they would be added along with music and photo libraries.
For your part with the other items from the dashboard, I would seriously doubt it. Someone from plex may make a channel of the same content, but it won't be in anyway related to the app from another company (or able to open in directly).
