Include updated version of i965_drv_video.so in Synology server build

Hi,

I believe that you are using an older version of the i965_drv_video.so on Synology build. The version that you are using does not support some calls that FFmpeg needs for hardware encoding. The version of the driver that is included in the Synology community FFmpeg package seems more recent and supports these calls. Could you include an updated build of the intel driver?
