Incorrect Streaming Availability - Series Available on Crunchyroll but Not Detected by Plex

I’m experiencing an issue with streaming availability information in Plex.

A specific TV series is currently available on Crunchyroll in my region (Brazil), and it is correctly listed as available on JustWatch. However, Plex shows that the series is “not available on your streaming services”.

Here’s what I’ve already checked:

  • I am not using VPN or proxy (confirmed correct geolocation in Brazil)

  • The series is correctly matched in Plex (used “Fix Match” to verify)

  • Metadata has been refreshed for the series and the library

  • Plex server has been restarted

  • Tested on different devices and networks

Despite all of this, Plex still reports that the series is unavailable.

This seems to be a mismatch between Plex and the availability data, possibly related to delayed synchronization or incorrect mapping of the title/ID.

Could you please check if this is a known issue or if there’s a way to force an update of streaming availability data?

If needed, I can provide screenshots and the exact series name.

This does work for the US Region further pointing to a region (Brazil) specific availability issue.

Any way to change the region to US?
