Increase paameter value on DB for performance

Server Version#:1.41.3.9314-a0bfb8370
Hi guys hope you can help me
I have a PMS on a macOS with macOS Sequoia 15.1.1 with a Intel i5 and 32GB of RAM
The server works very well the plex install is over a new SSD disk and the server only run Plex, nothing else.
I have a large library arround 10.000 movies and 1000 Tv Shows also near 250Gb of Photos.
The media library when i browse is feel a bit slow (like paging ) , i was checking the RAM and CPU usage and nothing is high, the CPU and memory is quite low .
So my question is, there is a way to increase parameters on the SQL engine to take more resource on the server?
i see a post (closed) over linux server to change some parameters but i have no luck with some of them
as reference

Again the server is working, no transcoding issues, only seek to increase the performance of the DB so when i browse the Media library wotk a bit faster on remote connections.
I have several clients
PS4, Roku, appleTV, phones iOS and Android, browsers, and clients located on remote cities
All the clients and dvices are in the last available OS, firmware and client version possible.
Hope you can help me

Have you changed the page_size, either manually or (much easier) using @ChuckPA’s database script? Defaults are fine.

That’s the most meaningful performance change, IMO. His script will rebuild indexes. Other than that, 10K movies isn’t a dramatically huge number, so my first guess isn’t some fundamental database issue - is there some reason you think that might be it?

Hi Volts thanks for your help i try the script but i didn’t see the option to change the parameter until you pointed i will try that and keep you posted hope is work on mac the example is for linux
Thanks for your help
have a nice year

works perfect
Thanks for your help
