Initial Buffer or "Pre-Load" Slow - No issues after

I’ve tried just about everything possible. I have a Dell R530 w/ 64GB of RAM and an Nvidia 1050ti for Hardware Transcoding; transcodes are pointed to RAM Disk.

Initial loading of the media or buffer takes upwards of 18s to achieve. and after that I have no issues. It is worth mentioning that I don’t have these same issues on Emby, in fact the docker config for both Plex and Emby are more or less identical. Thanks

I have logs but I’m unsure if anything needs to be stripped prior.
