Hi, I’ve noticed in the last 2 weeks or so that when opening the app on the pc, roku, and the firebox that it will often take about 20 seconds to load, after it populates the home screen will load at normal speeds, the same thing with accessing one of the libraries for the first time.
server has about 25k movies, 740 TV shows with lots of episodes, and little music.
The hardware is a dedicated machine. with plenty of ram and disk space. the CPU is older but it has a good video card for transcoding.
CPU - Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-1650 v3 @ 3.50GHz (12 virtual) (X64)
98gb ram
OS and plex is running on a SSD
i have a 64 gb ramdisk for temp and transcoding.
It has a GeForce RTX 3060 Ti video card for transcoding
the %LOCALAPPDATA%\Plex Media Server directory is 63.4gb
library storage is running via SMB to a server and to a nas.
total library size is about 80 Tb
I’ve uploaded the log file but debug and verbose is off so not sure if that will help.
