I want to create a second server on the same PC/IP
I’ve been reading and apparently I am supposed to see the option SERVER under Settings on the top right, but this option does not appear.
I want a server for family stuff and a server for +18

you can’t. The port 32400 is fixed, and you can only have 1 piece of software listening on a port. You’ll need to use containers or VM’s if you want to share hardware with multiple servers.

You can also just create new libraries. I have several for different content that I share depending on the person. Having multiple servers just makes it harder/more complex
I know yep. I just wanted to avoid the trouble of having to update every user for every library. I’d love a multi-user library assignment.
I have A LOT of folders and quite a few shares with people. It’s just too time consuming.
Would be nice to have instead of “share all libraries” which it’s what I am doing, to be able to share library groups. As in you have one folder for some libraries and another folder for other libraries. And you share the folder with its entire contents.
There is no multiuser assignments or this folder feature I mention, is there?

What you could do is tag your content, so that you can share foo, foo2, and bar tagged media with one user, and then bar, junk, and foo with another (it would all reside in the same library and be based on tags) This would allow you to play with tags and get a lot of what you want.
