Installing Plex Media Server on OpenMandriva?

Is it possible to install Plex Media Server on OpenMandriva? There is no download for that. Will one of the others work?

  1. Does it use a standard Linux (public release) kernel?
  2. Does it use DPKG or RPM for package management?
  3. Does it support docker?

If not a standard Linux kernel – then no, it will not work
If not DPKG (DEB package manager) or RPM (Redhat package manager) then no native package support

If no DEB, RPM, or Docker – It will not work.
