Installing Plex on a OpenSUSE Leap 15 (64 bits)

I’m still trying to resolve what I’m seeing but Leap 15.0 is not putting files in standard locations (not surprised with anything Suse does).

If you wish to experiment,

  1. copy plexmediaserver.service from /lib/systemd/system to /etc/systemd/system
  2. systemctl daemon-reload
  3. systemctl start plexmediaserver

If anything will bring it to life, this will.
