Don’t use internet explorer.
It is no longer supported by Plex.
You can use Mozilla, Chrome, Opera, and even Microsoft Edge.

I undated to the internet explorer 11 and works for me!
Even the support for IE11 will be gone pretty soon. You better research how to get one of the other browsers mentioned above.
