Invalid http requests (403 Forbidden) from Android App Clients

Hey all, I have a weird problem that I’m not sure how to diagnose or fix, so I was wondering if other people have run into similar issues before.

For 3 people that are using my Plex server, I’ve recently noticed that their plex clients are making normal-looking requests that return a 403 error. As far as I know, they’re the only people with acces that have an Android phone (although the sample size is small), though one of them uses Chromecast and the other Roku. This wouldn’t normally be a problem, but these repeated 403 responses are picked up by CrowdSec as a potential ‘HTTP probing’ attack and as a result their IP’s are consistently banned.

Below an excerpt of the NginX logs for the session of 1 of the users. It starts returning 403 errors after about 20 seconds of /video/:/transcode/universal/... requests, after which every requests returns 403.
