Inviting another person to my Plex Server

I want to share my media gallery with my girlfriend.
We do not live in the same house.
So I invite her through “Add An Existing Plex User” and enter her email address.
She accepts my invitation and downloads the Plex App.
She logs in with her account (connected to the email address that I have invited)
She cannot see my media.
When I check the list under “Pending”, it shows her email address and “invite sent an hour ago” below, even after she invited my invite an hour ago.
I have a flexpass.

What am I missing here?

If she is still listed under “pending”, it means she hasn’t “accepted” your invitation yet.
(accepting an invitation is not the same as inviting you in turn)
