ios 9.3 no more video playback

i’ve updated:
iphone 6s - no more video
ipad air 2 - no more video
ipad mini 2 - video working

don’t understand why ?
can someone help me ?

Very strange
Music plays well
Video doesn’t play

But outside the lan video works

Confirmed this behavior appears only with ios 9.3 not with 9.2.x
