I don’t know when this started, I haven’t traveled in about a year so I haven’t really paid attention to what media has synced to my ipad…but I recently got a new ipad and now, nothing will sync? it appears to convert and the server side looks like it thinks it sent the files but nothing moves to the ipad? logs attached.

What happens if no one in the community helps with this problem? does Plex ever get involved?
Yes, we do get involved. We try to respond before the community but there are times when we’re busy in other areas with other issues.
Would you look at which media should be sync’d to your iPad (from Plex’s perspective) and, if it doesn’t match reality – delete it from the sync queue.

), is it updating sync status. It thinks the files are sync’d
Not knowing how long it takes for your 28 selections to sync, are you able to ensure the ipad doesn’t go to sleep while it’s syncing? (Gotta love iPadOS for that one).
I’ve tried removing the media from the sync list, deleting and reinstalling the IOS app. trying again with no change. I did get media sync’d by adding it to a playlist and syncing that playlist (which did sync overnight) but simply adding a title to sync to the device still fails.
