iOS - upload a specific photo album instead of the complete library

Hi,

right now, when photo upload is enabled, all photos are transfered to my plex server.
It would be great, if it would be possible to specify one album and only photos added to this album will be uploaded to my plex server.

for example you would like to share only your family pics or travel pics on your TV to show them to your friends

Is this relevat to someone else?!

Totally agree. I use my camera for all sorts of quick memo type pics which I have no interest in saving. Would love your requested feature.

Yep, that is why I’m using PhotoSync instead of Plex for syncing photos with my NAS…

Good point! I’ve used this app in the past for a long time.
benefit using this, you can specifiy a folder outside the plex folders to store your photos

I’ll use this workaround until the feature will be added to plex for iOS

Plex have announced the “camera upload” feature will be discontinued.
