I have an iPad 2 and a mini MD528LL/A running 9.3.5 this is my newest iPad.
Had limited success 1 time today on the mini. It played an SD show with lots of buffering. It would not however play the same station again after I tried another station and came back. The full size iPad failed with weak signal each time.
I will bet it is your iOS version. That was a symptom of mine, showing with lots of buffering for a very short period of time then crashing the feed. Only way to play again was to force quit the plex app and try again.
Oddly enough the HDHR Channel has no issues on all my devices. I’m hopeful they can work this out. Have you tried playing with the quality settings and Automatically reduce quality based on speed? I thought maybe setting a lesser quality and it would work. No luck.
This is very strange. The mini has been playing an SD channel for 15 +/- minutes now without a single buffer. The full size iPad still won’t get past 5 seconds even on the same station. I’ve confirmed their both running the same IOS version. 9.3.5 I’m stumped.
