iPhone, image freezes while the sound and subtitles keep running

Plex Media Server Version#: 1.20.1
iOS Player Version#: 7.6.1

Movies Library at local network NAS (TS453D with QTS 4.4.3.1421)
Was playing videos fine on both iPhone and iPad last week.

Problem: After update to iOS 14, the iPad still plays videos from my library with no problem, but on the iPhone the image freezes while the sound and subtitles keep running.
That is for all videos.
Plex live TV plays fine also.

Any suggestions would be appreciated !

No replies but here is the solution I found:

Go to Plex settings from the iPhone device, and then in to Quality.
Disabling Automatic quality solved it for me.

I must have messed with it at some time.
