I have a separate library that basically consists of Christmas episodes for several TV shows. I want this library to gather the metadata from the TVDB (posters, synopses, etc.) but I don’t want the library to be organized by show or season as many shows will only have one episode and others (like the Simpsons) have several seasons with only one episode in each. Is this something that exists, or is possible?
Series meta source need series agent needing series library…
as long as the season is present in the filename ep numbering (ex s02e23) you do not need the season folder
if the files are the root of the library root folder(s) you do not need the serie folder
If default scanner doesn’t support multiple different series ep on root use my Absolute Series Scanner (also support season series)
Thanks for your response but the folder hierarchy was not my concern, merely how they appear in Plex. What I’ve done as a workaround is change the library to display episodes instead of shows or seasons.
