You could temporarily use Wi-Fi or run a cat5 along the floor to test and eliminate the powerline adapter as the issue.
Iām not going to bother, because I donāt buy it that the powerline adapter is the problem. I have Devoloās software installed on my laptop which shows me I have full speed. Also, today I started streaming Disney+ and it works flawlessy, this is Full HD (HDR) quality. Which means that Plex must be the problem.
I also have another streaming app over here in Holland named Videoland, I have no problem with streaming movies, series and TV shows, however they also offer live TV, I tried to watch kickboxing and football/soccer and it keeps buffering every 10 seconds. In other words, itās the streaming tech thatās the problem. Also keep in mind that with Plex, the ads never buffer, it works flawlessy, this says enough.
