Well, the quality of plex on the browser is limited to 2Mbps(720p), and the actual quality on PS5 is like this even when I choose higher quality.
Besides，the dashboard don’t show the bandwidth when I watch videos on PS5, which is the same as watching videos on the browser.
So the plex for PS5 seems just a browser with shell.
